Bethemissingpiece14.com (BMP14) is the brainchild of Founder Robin Batchelder (that's me!). My goal was to create a space where people could find inspirational stories. After being diagnosed with an intellectual disability later in life, I had to learn to navigate with a new understanding what it would be like to live with the personal, social, and routine challenges of my disability. I had to learn how to pick up my own pieces. 

My goal with this website is to spread kindness.  I want everyone to know that no matter who they are they have the potential to spread joy, love, and acceptance to all. I hope that your experience here makes you realize that everyone has a story. Everyone has a purpose in this world. Everyone has their own missing piece. I hope that you will be inspired to be the missing piece in someone else's life.
